Having built, managed and developed a successful and sustainable social enterprise, I understands the importance of support and motivation needed to run a successful business and social enterprise.

For this reason, along with a passion to make a positive difference in other people’s lives and society; I can provide keen individuals a personal one to one mentor service as business advisor, mentor or personal Life Coach to help them achieve their goals, dreams, ambitions and success.

Qualifications and expertise

I come from a background that is unconventional from both a commercial and non-profit angle, which has accounted to my entrepreneurial success.

As qualified chartered accountant and chartered Director I originally worked in the private sector. I hold several professions, certifications and qualifications in Fundraising, Business Advice, business Coaching and Mentoring, Human Resources and Management. I am a SFEDI approved consultant for Business Link for London , specializing in social enterprise. I enjoy enterprise development, entrepreneurship and innovation, local community development and social investment. I sit on several boards in the UK . As a Founder Director the CEO, I have overseen since growth S ACOM A Group of companies from a volunteer led organization to an established and credible enterprise now leading in the social enterprise agenda. The SACOMA reaches out to over 20,000 people and SACOMA now has several trading companies nationally and internationally. I have been helping entrepreneurs develop and grow businesses over the last 11 years and I have over 15 years experience.

Personal Awards

I have won several awards of excellence and for strengthening and enriching the community which include the Millennium Awards Fellowship, Jack Petchey Leaders Award, Institute of Fundrasing Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year.

I was business woman of the year a finalist for the East London & Essex Awards and the London Business Awards. I scooped the European Federation of Black Women Business Owners, BIBA Awards in 2005.

As a facilitator and motivator, I specialize in techniques that increase and enrich capacity for innovation and shared vision.
